The Boro brings together the farmer, the baker, and the local purveyor with our consumer. We are proud to sell locally made food,produce and dry goods. We will be sourcing from the Hudson Valley, Fairfield County areas and beyond.
Sit back and enjoy a bottle of wine from the cellar with friends on our outdoor patio or enjoy wine by the glass with our seasonal rotating selection.
And if you prefer beer, we've got you covered! Local craft beer will be on draft year round with a wide range of bottled beer always available.

Our Commitment
At The Boro Cafe’ & Market, we are proud to announce our partnership with Blue Earth, a trusted waste management company specializing in composting. As a part of our ongoing efforts to reduce waste and promote eco-conscious practices, we pledge to use only compostable materials for our cups, plastics, to-go containers and utensils.
We at The Boro will also have on-site composting! We have choosin Aerobin for our compost system. Aerobin is a technological breakthrough in home and garden waste management. It uses a patented aeration core inside sealed bin to promote aerobic breakdown of organic matter. The thermal insulation in the aerobin conserves heat, leading to rapid breakdown of the biomass and works efficiently year round, even in cooler regions (Lewisboro)
